At B's Elite Detail Co., we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping so you can enjoy your premium detailing products as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

  • Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders (when advertised)
  • Standard shipping rates calculated at checkout for all other orders

Shipping rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

B's Elite Detail Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review the claim and work toward a satisfactory resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before they have been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.
